6. Group mentoring vs 1-2-1 mentoring confidentiality

1-2-1 Mentoring All 1-2-1 mentoring discussions are treated as strictly confidential.

Group Mentoring Group mentoring involves shared discussions and Q&A with other participants. By joining group mentoring, you acknowledge that:

  • Other participants may hear or see information you choose to share

  • Sessions may be recorded

  • Content from group sessions may be used for educational or marketing purposes (e.g. edited clips, anonymised insights, or general themes)

We do not permit:

  • Redistribution or resale of course or mentoring content

  • Sharing of recordings or materials outside the group without permission

We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches confidentiality, behaviour standards or content usage rules.

You acknowledge that some mentoring sessions (particularly group sessions) may be recorded and used for:
