Nothing provided by Happy Investing Limited constitutes:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

All information shared is general in nature and based on personal experience, opinion and education.

You acknowledge that:

  • We do not know your full personal, financial or legal circumstances

  • We are not involved in your day-to-day business or investments

  • Any decisions you make are entirely your own

You must seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals before acting on any information provided.

4. Personal responsibility & risk

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your decisions

  • Your actions

  • Your investments

  • Any outcomes resulting from implementing ideas discussed

5. 1-2-1 mentoring

  • 1-2-1 mentoring sessions are treated as confidential

  • Notes and recordings (where applicable) may be retained for reference

  • Sessions may be recorded with your knowledge

Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law.

6. Group mentoring

Group mentoring involves shared participation with other individuals.

By joining a group mentoring programme, you acknowledge that:

  • Other participants may hear or see information you choose to share

  • Sessions may be recorded

  • Content may be reused for educational or marketing purposes

You agree that:

  • You will not share or distribute recordings or materials externally

  • You will not record sessions unless explicitly permitted

  • You will respect the confidentiality of other participants

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group without refund for:

  • Breach of confidentiality

  • Disruptive behaviour

  • Misuse of content

  • Any conduct deemed inappropriate

7. Content ownership & intellectual property

All content provided by Happy Investing Limited remains our intellectual property, including:

  • Videos

  • Recordings

  • Documents

  • Frameworks

  • Slides

  • Written materials

You may not:

  • Share

  • Resell

  • Distribute

  • Copy

Any content without written permission.

8. Marketing content & testimonials

You acknowledge that:

  • Group mentoring sessions may be recorded

  • Anonymised insights or clips may be used for marketing or educational purposes

Named testimonials or identifiable content will only be used with consent.

9. Marketing Communications (Email & SMS)

By opting into our marketing communications, you agree to the following:

  • Consent: You must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS or Email marketing. Consent for Email does not automatically grant consent for SMS.

  • SMS Program: SMS marketing may include property alerts, mentoring updates, and promotional offers.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement.

  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

  • Opt-Out (SMS): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any message. After you send "STOP", we will send you a final confirmation message and then cease SMS communication.

  • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or email Bill@i-occupy.co.uk.

10. Payments & refunds

  • Payments are due in advance unless agreed otherwise

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

  • Missed sessions are not refundable

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to services without refund if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Act unlawfully

  • Misuse content

  • Behave in a way that damages the community or brand

You may terminate your participation at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Happy Investing Limited accepts no liability for losses, damages or claims arising from reliance on information provided

  • We are not responsible for financial loss, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By engaging with Happy Investing Limited, booking a session, joining a programme or consuming our content, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
